Website and Early Access

The SelectB website provides product information and accepts Early Access and community registrations. Registration does not guarantee admission to a beta, a release date, continued access or any specific commercial terms.

Beta software

Early builds may contain defects, incomplete features or compatibility limitations. Beta software is provided for evaluation and feedback and should not be relied on as the only copy of photographs, metadata or project files.

Desktop software licence

Any SelectB desktop application provided during Early Access is licensed, not sold, for personal evaluation unless separate written commercial terms apply. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls or use the software to develop a competing product except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Your files and backups

You remain responsible for your photographs, RAW files, metadata, exports and backups. Test the application on copies before using it with important work. SelectB is not responsible for loss caused by missing backups, unsupported files, third-party software or hardware failure.

Feedback and contributions

You may provide suggestions, bug reports or workflow feedback. SelectB may use this feedback to improve the product without restriction or payment. Optional image or training-data contributions require separate explicit consent and do not transfer ownership of your photographs unless separately agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

SelectB, its branding, website, software, interface, documentation and original technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, submit malicious content, abuse forms, scrape protected areas or use the website or software unlawfully.

Availability and termination

SelectB may modify, suspend or end Early Access, revoke beta access or remove abusive submissions at any time. Features, system requirements, pricing and launch plans may change before commercial release.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and beta software are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. SelectB is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of photographs, metadata, profits or business opportunity arising from use of Early Access software.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes.
